"Getting tattooed in Buscalan, Philippines, was unforgettable. Amidst serene mountains, I met Apo Whang-Od, the legendary mambabatok. Each bamboo tap on my skin was a blend of pain and pride, connecting me to ancient Kalinga traditions. It was a deeply cultural and personal journey, etching both my skin and soul."
